DELIVERY

Delivery in the Republic of Croatia is done within 2 to 5 business days from the moment of order confirmation. Orders that are received on working days until 12.00 AM will be shipped on the same day. Orders that are received on weekends and holydays will be shipped on the first working day that follows.

Delivery outside of the Republic of Croatia is done within 8 to 12 days from the moment od order confirmation.

If the shipment differs from what the Buyer has ordered and paid for, he/she is obligated to inform House of Kiwi about the wrong delivery and has a right for a new (correct) shipment that will be sent within 2 or 5 business days from the moment House of Kiwi received the notification. If it is not possible to ship the correct order, the Buyer has a right to a full refund.

The Buyer is also obligated to return the incorrectly delivered shipment to House of Kiwi at the address: House Of Kiwi d.o.o., Medoviceva 3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically when purchasing a product.

Delivery cost at the territory of Republic of Croatia is 35 HRK.

Delivery cost within the EU is 250 HRK

Delivery cost for other international orders is 350 HRK

Shipment Damage

The orders will be packed in a manner that prevents damage during usual shipment and handling. When receiving the ordered items, the Buyer is obligated to check them for any possible damage or deviations from the number of items ordered and if he/she finds damage or such deviations, it should immediately be reported to the delivery worker and the receipt should be refused.

If there are any damages on the package, it is necessary to inform House of Kiwi at info@houseofkiwi.com.

Shipment Pickup

The ordered items will be delivered by a courier to the address provided by the Buyer upon ordering. If the Buyer is not present at the address when the courier delivers the package, the courier will leave a receipt with which the package can be picked up at the nearest (specified) post office. If the Buyer doesn’t get the package within 8 days, he or she must contact House of Kiwi at info@houseofkiwi.com so that the shipment can be traced by House of Kiwi.

RETURN POLICY

House of Kiwi only accepts returns of new, unworn items within 14 days of receiving. If the tag or packaging is removed, we will not accept back the item. We will not accept any items that are used or worn. 

All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

To request a return, please use contact form on the bottom of the page. Please, fill in all the fields in the form. 

When returning the item within 14 days, you may choose between changing an item or a refund.

Once we receive the returned item, it will take 5-7 days to process the return.

Money credited back to your account may take up to 30 days to be executed, depending on your bank.

For international orders, any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so be prepared to pay duties or taxes for larger orders. 

Once custom officials determine the due taxes and duties, the recipient will be contacted to pay charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
